What happens at your first visit
About 75 minutes, mostly listening and testing. You leave with your findings in plain words and a written plan.
We send forms before your visit, and you can also fill them out at the front desk. The forms are about you and your contact details. Talk about your health in the room, with your chiropractor.
What to bring
Government-issued ID
Your insurance card, if you use one
Notes or reports from your physician
Your questions, written down
Comfortable clothes and flat shoes

How the visit goes
- 01
Arrive and settle
Angie greets you and confirms how you plan to pay. Nothing is rushed.
- 02
Talk, then test
Your chiropractor listens, then tests your eye movements, balance, coordination, neck and spine.
- 03
Hear what we found
We explain what the tests showed and what they can't tell us, in plain words.
- 04
Leave with a plan
A short exercise list and a date to recheck. If something needs a physician first, we tell you.
Good to know
Is this care safe?
Exams and exercises are low risk, and some tests can bring on brief dizziness or tiredness, so you can stop at any point. Hands-on care for the neck carries rare serious risks, which your doctor explains before any adjustment. If you have a sudden severe headache or neck pain, new weakness or numbness, trouble speaking or seeing, call 911 before booking.
Will the exam or the exercises hurt?
They are not meant to. Some tests ask your eyes and balance to work harder, so you may feel dizzy, tired or queasy for a short while. Tell us as it happens and we ease off or stop.
Do I need x-rays or other imaging?
Only when it is medically necessary. If your exam shows that imaging would help, we explain why, and we may refer you to your physician or a radiology center.
