Functional neurology assessment
A first visit that tests how your eyes, balance, coordination and neck work together, so your plan is built on what we find.

What the visit includes
- 01
Your history, in conversation
What you have noticed, what you want back and what your physician has told you.
- 02
Eye-movement tests
Following a target and holding your gaze, with a penlight and a simple chart.
- 03
Balance and coordination tests
Standing, walking and turning your head on firm and soft surfaces.
- 04
A neck and spine exam
How your neck and back move, and where they are tender.
How long, how often, and what we do not claim
How long and how often
The first visit takes about 75 minutes. Your chiropractor sets follow-up visits after the exam and rechecks the plan as you go. We don't promise a number of visits.
What we do not claim
An assessment describes how you move and respond today. It does not diagnose a disease and does not replace the exam your physician does.
How it is paid
Plans differ on what they pay for a first visit. We check your benefits first and tell you what we find; if you pay yourself, you get a written estimate before you come.

Do I need to bring anything?
