Concussion recovery support

Support for adults whose symptoms after a concussion are lingering, once a physician has seen you and rules out anything urgent.

What the visits include

  • 01

A check on how you have been

What has changed since the injury, and what your physician has said about activity.

  • 02

    Graded activity

Light, screens, reading and movement added back in small, planned steps.

  • 03

    Eye and balance exercises

Short drills chosen from what your exam showed.

  • 04

    Notes for your physician

A summary of our findings, sent when you ask us to.

How long, how often, and what we do not claim

  • How long and how often

We plan visits after the exam and recheck as you go. Recovery varies a great deal from person to person, so we don't promise a timeline or a number of visits.

  • What we do not claim

We don't diagnose a concussion or decide when you return to work, school or sport. Those decisions belong to your physician.

How it is paid

Plans differ on what they pay for these visits. We check your benefits first, and if you pay yourself you get a written estimate before you come.

Questions about this visit
